Front-end Web Development

Our websites are pixel-perfect!

Professional front-end development is not only about the technical knowledge of the developers, but also about aesthetic taste and attention to detail. Unfortunately not many developers posess all of the skills, which results in very mediocre (at best) online implementation of designs. Out-of-date solutions are being used, code and assets are not optimised properly and what's worse - the coded website doesn't look anything like the initial design. This is not our way of doing things. We remember that a website interface is what your customers will see. Based on what they see they will assume the level of professionalism of your company. Why risk it?

We create world-class front-end. Our developers have both great HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery skills, but also know the colour theory, typography and have an easthetic taste to see when something looks wrong. Coded projects are made into true experiences with the use of subtle animations and transitions.

RWD = Responsive Web Design

We create code based on all the current standards, which means our websites are completely Responsive. It automatically adjusts to the screen size, allowing the users to explore the website on desktops, phones, tablets and even TV's.

Status updates

In all of our development projects we use an in-house built status report system. It's updated daily and shows the progress of each project and it's smaller parts as percentages, time and graphs, so you can keep track of where your project is at.

What is pixel-perfect Front-End?

"Pixel-perfect" approach allows us to build websites that are looking as much like the design, as technically possible. We can achieve 98% pixel-perfection. The 2% amounts for different ways of rendering fonts between browsers.

Code and graphics optimalisation

Faster website loading is one of the cornerstones of good web UX. We optimise and re-use the code for a faster, more streamlined experience. All visual elements that can be replaced by code are done in CSS3, and all other images are optimised with a 3-step process to make them the smallest possible size. We use icon-fonts and image-sprites that allow for much less server queries to achieve the same result.
